Production Worker

Key Responsibilities

• Operating Machinery: Operate various types of machinery and equipment in the production line.
• Assembly Line Work: Assemble components and products according to specifications and guidelines.
• Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Material Handling: Transport raw materials, components, and finished products within the production area.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including quantities produced and any issues encountered.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery and work areas.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow and address any issues promptly.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
• Skills:
• Ability to operate and maintain production machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and instructions.
• Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 20 kg.
