Key Responsibilities:
– Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
– Account Planning: Develop strategic account plans to maximize client satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
– Client Support: Address client inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of service and client satisfaction.
– Sales Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to existing clients. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue goals.
– Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit and ensure mutual satisfaction.
– Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze account performance, including sales data, client feedback, and market trends. Provide regular reports to management.
– Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services, meeting client specifications and deadlines.
– Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
– Client Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and clear communication of expectations.

Qualifications:
– Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
– Experience: Minimum of 3 years years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
