Key Responsibilities
- Operating Machinery: Operate various types of machinery and equipment in the production line.
- Assembly Line Work: Assemble components and products according to specifications and guidelines.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Material Handling: Transport raw materials, components, and finished products within the production area.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including quantities produced and any issues encountered.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery and work areas.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow and address any issues promptly.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
- Skills:
- Ability to operate and maintain production machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and instructions.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 20 kg.
